Leading DEI Conversations
This program is a multi-session experience that dives into the understanding of what diversity, equity, and inclusion mean and how identity, power, and privilege play a part in our workplace and world. Once the foundations of this work are understood, participants learn how they can hold space for others to have safe and brave conversations, while ensuring they are taking care of themselves as well.
This workshop is broken into four two-hour virtual sessions and will include homework, assessments, and a workbook filled with information participants will be able to refer to when leading these critical conversations.
We recommend that those who are already skilled in basic facilitation and who are comfortable with public speaking participate. Those that are successful in this program will approach this work with an open mind and limited judgment of where others are in their journey toward understanding the complexities of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
